I was amazed at how easy it was to get up this morning at my earlier time! What WAS difficult was running on the T/M. But I did it for 3 1/2 miles, then opted for the ET for the last 10 minutes.
For my weight work out, I chose chest and biceps today.
- All exercises 4 sets x 12 reps.
- Incline chest press + concentration bicep curls.
- Standing chest press (cables) + hammer curls.
- Pec cross overs + db bicep curls.
- Flat bench flies + curls using the rope on the cable machine.
- 4 sets x 10 reps: push ups + crunches
Although the weather station indicated 36 degrees, there was a wind so it was cool walking Shane. We jogged a little, but mostly walked for 30 minutes.
Pre exercise protein: Jay Robb Chocolate – 1 scoop + 4 L-Glut-amine
Post exercise and breakfast: Jay Robb Chocolate – 1 scoop + 1 scoop L-Glut-amine powder + 1/3 cup FUZE, water, ice and 2 strawberries.
1/3 cup of Cream of Rye + 1 chopped date + water + cinnamon, and a little peanut butter residue from Shane’s spoon full that I wrap around his Glucosamine pills.
1/2 Ruby Red Grapefruit. Good CLEAN eating!
So it’s Monday! It’s a short week for most of us and that’s a nice winding down opportunity from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas holiday. I heard the retail sales were the worst – well, they can’t blame my family! One of my favorite gifts was a 550 series Rumba iRobot cleaner. It works great! Our house is quite big so we have to take it in 3 day intervals, cleaning just the main “hair of the Shane” rooms. Lovin’ it so far!
