It’s that hump day again. Time is flying and Spring is just around the corner. Can you believe it’s time to “Spring Forward” with our clocks this weekend?! It seems to have rolled around pretty quickly.
To kick off this cold but calm “over the bump” day, I did 20 minutes on the ET and 20 on the TM. My 1 scoop of VPX got me through it. A good 35 minutes of weights was then completed doing back and triceps. Shane and I walked and jogged for 3.3 miles since it was nice once we got going and shook off the chill.
Breakfast Omelet Day. I began with 1/2 a juicy, pink and delicious grapefruit.
My omelet ingredients were: 1 slice of Ezekiel Bread-toasted, broccoli florets, spinach, EggBeaters, reduced fat feta cheese, a couple of squirts of BRAGG Aminos, and Zukay Salsa (mild). Wow – did that hit the spot!
I’m toying with the thought of buying a photo editing software program. Not sure yet, I’ll look at my options in the store, mull it over a minute or two and make a decision. My fear is that I’ll get something too involved for me to use. If anyone knows of a good inexpensive photo editor for a novice, please let me know.
