We didn’t see Niagara Falls but we did enjoy the area.
We varied from our usual routine of finding a quaint little B&B and stayed at the Crowne Plaza over night on the American side of Niagara Falls.
We went into the Seneca Casino, played a little, donated our money for the betterment of the Casino (not our choice obviously). We had a great dinner at La Cascata, a gourmet Italian restaurant inside the Casino. The food couldn’t have been better and the service was right on for a 4 star restaurant. Here is the picture show of our trip:
- The Gourmet Italian Restaurant: La Cascata
- Concannon Petite Sirah
- Insalada Mista
- Sea Bass over warmed frisse – done to perfection
- A side of broccolini topped with shaved parm
- The ultimate cup of italian coffee
- What’s better than fresh fruit first thing in the morning.
- Pastries, donuts, scones, … fit for a king!
- You bet I was tempted!
- I opted for healthy oatmeal with granola and dried cranberries instead
