Monday Morning Back To The Gym: I did work out last week, it was just so busy that AM hours didn’t allow blog time. This week, if all goes well, my routine and AM healthy eats will be posted.
Warm Up: 3.4 mile treadmill run.
Working Chest and Biceps:
- Chest work out: First set is a warm up, 3 sets using heavy weights and last set back to warm up weight. Total of 5 sets x 12 reps.: 1. Incline bench press. 2. Incline dumbbell press. 3. Incline bench flies. 4. Cable Pec Press.
- Bicep workout: 4 sets x 12 reps. 1. Cable curls,one arm. 2.Rope curls. 3. Hammer curls. 4. Bicep curls, 2 arm.
Post Workout: 3.45 mile jog/walk with Mister Shane.
A healthy choice of eats…
1/4 cup Steel Cut oats:
With a few pieces of Gallopaloozas Cinnamon Pineapple (they are crisp and delish):
A Spiru-Tein Strawberry Shortcake Protein/Energy Shake and 1/2 a grapefruit
