8 oz Firm Lite Tofu

1 tbs B-Q Sauce

1 tbs soy sauce

3 shakes hot pepper sauce

2 tbs honey mustard

1 tbs parsley

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup baby spinach

2 chopped spring onions

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup egg beaters

1/3 cup mushrooms
Preheat 350 F.
Drain and press moisture from tofu. Mix all ingredients in bowl and press into prepared loaf pan (spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray). Bake approx. 1 hour. Let stand 10 min. prior to slicing.
